By accessing or using the SKYDOT platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SKYDOT provides a secure KYC data vault that enables corporates to upload, manage, and share compliance documents with banking institutions. The platform facilitates structured, reusable KYC processes across multiple banking relationships.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent documents
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all documents and data you upload to SKYDOT. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all uploaded KYC documents as strictly confidential. Access to your documents is only granted to parties you explicitly authorize through the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKYDOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SKYDOT in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data prior to account closure.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
